Milwaukee refractometer problems

Having an issue with my Milwaukee Refractometer. It’s been working fine. About a month old. But now when I push the read button, the screen just goes blank! Battery shows 100%

I have one myself and haven’t an issue for about a year now. If it’s only about a year old I would contact Milwaukee and let them know.
