Min sand bed for Nassarius?

I am putting together a 40b, I expect to have about 1.5” of substrate, 1-2mm. Would this be appropriate to add one Nassarius snail to? I would wait for the tank to mature a bit.

Most posts I have found are a bit vague on this.
 
1.5" depth is plenty for nassarious snails. I'm not sure what you meant by the 1-2mm, though.
