mini feather duster or hydroid?

Just noticed this in my tank. The tube is brown with a white tip. I do kinda see 'feathers' but not totally sure since it's so small, and it looks like it has a single dark spot on each 'feather stalk' that form a radial pattern if you look at it as a whole.

The exposed 'feather' part is about 3mm, the tube itself is pretty short, about 5mm but I see some that are longer (like 1cm), so I think the tube will continue to grow?

Is this a feather duster or a hydroid? Does anyone know the name of this species too? Would definitely like to read up on them, whether it's hydroids or feather duster.
