A little update:
I received some new toys for the tank: BRS CO2 Scrubber and Tunze Osmolator!

My pH fluctuates from 7.9-8.1 so hopefully the scrubber can bring the pH up to 8.1-8.3! I also got tired filling up the ATO reservoir every other day so the tunze osmolator will be hooked up into a 5 gallon reservoir!

Lastly, I finally picked up my Borbonius Anthias and my Oregon Tort, SC Orange Passion, and PC Superman!

Today is a great day!

I certainly have thought about it but for now I'm keeping them on the back because I'm getting such excellent growth and flow! My rockscape is very open too

Going on a two-week vacation and I'm a bit nervous! I hired a LFS worker to feed the livestock and do alkalinity testing. I also have my video camera set up just in case!

Whats the going rate for a frag of RR orange passion?
Unfortunately, LFS will sell them as high as $150 for a 1/2" frag :(
I've seen them as low as $75 for an inch frag but from local hobbyists

Nice tank. I have the same one. I would be worried about having any tang in the tank much less a purple tang. They are notorious for being extremely aggressive.

Completely agree about the tang, he's still very small, just under 2" but a Red Sea Reefer Peninsula 500 is on its way! :D

Arverly, do you still have mp10s on back wall? I think I am going to put mine on sides this weekend. Not happy with flow.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
