Is it some kind of holiday in Canada? I purchased a tank from these guy's on April 16, when I first contacted them they were very responsive now around 5 weeks later I can't get them to answer the phone, I tried a dozen times last week and today, also left a message still no response.

I think they’re often out doing installs. It’s annoying for them not to respond in a timely fashion, but I never had an issue with them eventually responding. Good luck!

Yesterday was indeed a holiday, some businesses were closed and knowing Miracles along with some other businesses they were closed Friday as well. (Heck some even take the whole week, I wish mine did).

They emailed me today. Yes yesterday was a Holiday. They said it's almost done going to send me some pictures in the next few days
