Hello,
I preordered Ion director (28jan20) from sewatec.de, this year my order history disappeared incluiding this order.
I contact with the tickets 2 weeks but couldn't take any answers yet.
Is there anyone same situation with me?

I ordered from sewatec.de 20Feb. They deleted my order history, no refund, no answers. Swindler company
