I currently have 3 indian ocean lyretail anthias 1 male 2 females am I able to add females of a defferent breed or will there be problems I was thinkin of adding 5 more females of the same breed but if I can of another than I would

It depends on the species. Some mix better than others. Which ones were you thinking.

I've had lyretails mixed w/ dispars and carberryi's long term no problem.
There will be a male of each species, he will control his harem, but mine did often group together often w/ the lyretail kinda being king of all
