Mobius, got the time?

This is really getting old and why my radions are sitting on a shelf. This has been an issue since mobius came out. This is what mobius is showing today

Funny thing is I have two tanks and one is correct th either above :thinking-face:

Ya its not really a fix tho. Just sets it to the correct time until it changes again then its rinse and repeat.

it always amazes me that my inkbird and sicce app work flawlessly to monitor my tank outside of my home but i can’t get Mobius that powers very expensive lights and pumps to find my $400 vortech while I am at work, for example. Do better.

Building and investing in this space is hard. Its expensive to make this type of product, maintain it, and continuously update it. Consumer devices often miss the "maintain" step. And that all said and done, while there is a pretty healthy per unit margin, the volume isn't massive enough so you end up either contracting out the work as you need it, or have a very very small team doing everything.

then why does sicce hit it out of the ballpark with their app when a much more popular company (ecotech) that has its hands in many products in this hobby, fail?
