for you mobius vortech users what’s your average flow, type of tank and size? Im always struggling with flow amount and if I have to much or too little. My tank is 6’ 220 gallons. I have one mp40 on each end set to antisync 90% I also have one mp40 on the back glass at 50%. All running reef crest.

I don't run Vortechs, but I do have the same size tank and run a pair of Red Sea ReefWave45s between 30-60% (random). For a 220-gallon tank you ideally want an augmented flow rate of 2200-4400Gph (about 10-20x volume of your display). Some tanks need more flow, so 4400-8800Gph (20-40x) is more ideal.

So you're definitely not exceeding the maximum flow - but you might want to play around with something in the 5600-6400Gph range (all 3 combined) and see how your tank fares.
