modify ati powermodule

hi guys do I need help .. can anyone tell me how to change a 4x39 watt ati Powermodule? I would like to separate the two pairs of neon (cutting the shell if necessary) and create a structure like aquaticlife hybrid but having the t5 inside the two modules of the ati Powermodule. then I will create supports to insert my led lights in the center. can anyone tell me if it is possible to divide the two modules without cutting the shell?

because I already have an ati powermodule. I also don't like that aquatic life has no fans to cool neon
