Hello everyone, I have an aquarium with dimensions 43.3 in x 19.7 in, height 15.7 in (so the water column is about 13.8 in). 90% SPS
At the moment, I have an ATI Hybrid 6x 54W + 3 integrated LED modules with 75W x 3. The lamp is also slightly longer than the aquarium, and I think it provides a lot of PAR at the bottom of the water column. Honestly, I've never measured it… but I think it's obvious.
I want to reduce energy consumption a bit and increase fluorescence and color enhancement, which T5 does not offer. That’s why I’m considering an ATI Flex G2 102, which should be the right size to cover my aquarium. But I’m afraid of losing a lot of PAR compared to the current situation and not being able to properly maintain my SPS.
What confuses me is that the Flex 102 consumes a maximum of 165W, much less than my current lamp and still three times less than two Radion!!
