What a shame. Lights are great. But they couldn’t care less about the customer.

I’d love an answer about whether they are keeping the flex or moving wholesale to the X only.
Weren’t they bought out by the nyos group a year or so ago? Clearly very popular product and production isn’t keeping up. At least that’s what I see from the outside.

It’s not looking good. Bulk reef supply just refunded my 6 month back ordered light. Ati North America buy site is throwing page not found when you click on buy. It appears we’ve been ghosted corporate style.

I gave up and ordered the X. They say it’s continuing … but everything points to it not.

It’s unfortunate that the flexes aren’t readily available. They seem to do a great job of lighting the tank and growing coral.

Here’s just under 9 months of growth (October 2025 to end of June) under a total of only 150 watts of light… this is with multiple trims on various colonies over this time period due to corals growing into each other.

XIAOXIY - Just a super looking tank. Out of curiosity, what size tank is that? I'm guessing that you could not run that tank with one light?

Thanks! The tanks footprint is 48x36x19, which is too wide for a single flex.

I just opened up to 153s for my 205 gallon setup. I'm actually pretty disappointed with these lights! Color and par is great but the app is absolutely freaking horrible. I cannot get them to work on my Wi-Fi network I have to connect to them individually. Also the time keeps drifting and I have to check it everyday. Also I add them to my Wi-Fi network and they disappear and I can't log into them on my browser or the app and they don't show up in my router's device list I have to keep resetting them. The most annoying lights I have ever delt with!!!! Another thing is I received one of the lights and on one of the quadrants all of the 21 blue LEDs do not work still waiting on a response from Germany on this. And these are brand new out of the box they've been sitting for 3 months because work has been busy and I couldn't set up the tank yet. Extremely frustrating these lights are very expensive and they could have least created a better app for it. The reason why I went with these is because of their good supposed reputation coming from radion's which I've never had an issue with. But I went with these because the power draw is way less than me using six Radion's. As you can see in one of the pictures a bunch of the LEDs are not working. Waiting for a response from them to tell me if the unit is broken or it's a software issue I've tried all the settings and those will not come on. Frustrating to say the least that I've had so many problems off the bat with these things and if it was in the return period I would have returned them and gotten six radions. Hopefully they won't make it right and help me with this.

Any update on ATI? I just realized that one of my UV not working
