Modular marine overflow drain bulkhead alternative

Hi.. I have bought an used overflow box. The guy i bought from was using brass fittings (attached image) for the drain and he doesn't have the bulkhead supplied with the unit with him anymore. As i understand we should not use brass fitting and the bulkhead is not available locally (Kuwait), is there any other way of installing the drain pipes. I couldn't find a plastic fitting similar to the brass fitting as well. Thanks in advance for help
