Anyone have one of these supposed to eat aptipsia and how are they with other fish.

I haven't observed them ever eat aiptasia. They will defend their area of rocks from fish that get too close, but nothing too bad.

I had one and love their personality!! But as said will defend his territory, would love to get another one but I have a tail spot and he's a real character, think there would be some major problems.:rolleyes::D

I have a purple firefish would he bother him

I kept a molly (love the personality), tailspot, and a midas in my 75gal and they got a long fine until I added an orange spot. Then I woke one day to the molly on the floor.

I don't have aptasia, though, so I can't speak on that.

In larger tanks they should be fine together. In tanks less than 3', there may be issues.
