I've got both now. My one spot doesn't touch a thing but algae and whatever I put in to feed the tank. I believe it's more of a "depends on the fish" kinda thing

Update time: The algae problem is finally starting to get under control. It is still not gone though so I may end up getting one of the fish you recommended. Also my corals are growing so fast right now.

In my other tank it is hitting a fun stage where all the pods start appearing and everything is starting to grow.

Also my decorators blue sponge respawned and now there is a tiny blue sponge on the filter.

I'm not sure if I told you guys this but my large hermit is living in my sump right now because his anemone nearly died in the new tank.

So the 60gl has a canister filter filled with rock, a 30ish gallon tank filled with porous rock and chaeto, and I just got a remora skimmer for the tank this Christmas.\
In the 30 gallon I have cheato in the main tank and a sponge filter.

It is just sitting in the open water next to the sponge filter. I'll get a picture later.

That big hermit is so cool. My lfs gets them in sometimes, they have to keep them in the shark tank because they’re so destructive.
