Looks like rainbow monti to me. The red and yellow polyps will be by the edges of new growth.

Yea it just got put into the tank in the store they were more orange.

LFS didn't know a name but I've been looking for a rainbow and it was a steal for the size if it is indeed.
 
Grows fast for me. Had to cut the edges of on a couple of sides. Was stinging some other corals. :)
 
Yes, Rainbow Montipora, encrusting.
