Okay im just looking for supplements i got 2 monti 1 brain coral and 1 elegance im was thinking of getting the red sea a and b is their anyting other supplements that would work better ?

Welcome to the world of SPS keeping. The Red Sea A+B is a perfectly fine 2-part additive to use. You will want to also test and dose Magnesium. I personally like Brightwell's Magnesium powder, it's a much better value than the liquid supplements out there but does need to be mixed with purified water first before putting it in the tank. I would be more concerned about alk and calcium but test magnesium. Depending on salt brand, most won't need to dose magnesium. If it's amino/food source your asking about the red sea A/B is but keep an eye on your nutrient levels with proper testing. For aminos, I prefer acro power. Food sources I prefer reef nutrition like oyster feast.
