I got my new EB4 and I am trying to get my heaters to run off it. I can turn it on and off no issues, but when i try and program it, it just stays on unless i take the slider to switch it to off. I have copied and pasted the exact code as my 1st heater, and i also tried using the default settings for the heater. no joy. it just stays on unless i change it manually. here is the code..

Fallback OFF

If Tmp < 78.1 Then ON

If Tmp > 78.9 Then OFF

my current temp is 78.4. please help me

Are you setting the slider to AUTO? Do not set the slider to ON because the programming only runs when set to AUTO.
