More filtration needed?

So I got an algae problem and it slowly starting to spread faster. We’re thinking adding more filtration will work to compete against it. Like a skimmer, cheato, etc. What’s everyone thoughts on this? Sorry for the picture it hard to get a good picture.

Looks like Crysophytes. What are you Nitrate and Phosphate levels? Or all you parameters for that matter?

Nitrates and phos are 0. Others are all set

Try raising those levels. Chrysophytes out compete at low nutrient levels. How old is the tank?
