Lol today has been nothing but Titos and clam acclimation :)

You may ask why? pickup the property B. cheap and do a teardown, rebuild of the house that fits one needs exactly for 1/3 of the cost A, Taxes will be a whole lot less, not to mention the HOA fees, and homeowners insurance. With all the cash saved, fly down to Miami and stay at a nice resort for a week and rent a boat.;):)

The two things that stand out most in those photos, for me are,
are the horrible roof tiles, & the rusty tin roof.

I was wondering what's with all those barrels with holes cut in the sides? What a waste of perfectly good RODI containers.
