I wanted to get rid of my metal halides and go all led. I will picture the original setup which was a mix of 2 metal halides and 2 t5 bulbs. I originally changed out the T5s for 48 inch orphek3 leds and was able to fit them into the light ficture

with a few cuts. Eventually I got tired of the noise, heat, power consumption, etc. from the metal halides and wanted to go all led without costing a fortune. Here is what I came up with.....

3 projector mounts on the wall on a painted piece of oak. (Amazon link)

The tank is a 120 Gallon. I was able to adjust the brackets to fit everything together. I have also listed the nuts I used to attach the viparspectra 165w lights along with a slightly longer screw to secure the orphek lights better. Slightly longer than what comes with the lights. Hope this helps! I was scratching my head on how to hang them for a bit.

@MattP85 this looks fantastic and this is exactly what I was looking for as I'm trying to figure out how to mount my two Viparspectra 165W lights over my 90 gallon setup and I think I could get away with 2 of these projector mounts. Did I miss the hardware list with the nuts and longer screw? Thanks for the help and post!
