Everything i got it from home depot. The square tube is 1" and the thickeness im not quite remember. 1x 48" square tube is $22 enought for you go make the bracket bolt on to your stand but i recomend you get two to have the vertical bar flat on the ground for more support. $5-7 you can get the rest to complete your bracket. At most will cost you $40-50 for a nice durable bracket. If you dont have. Friend to weld it for you just find a a car body repair shop they eill happy do it for you around$20.@Bacon505 thanks for the info. Very helpful. I think I'm gonna give the AI brackets a try even though it'll be a little more involved. With the T-slotted frames I'll will be able to slide the fixture from back to front to adjust the positioning of my fixture. I think I'll also use two separate vertical bars for my mount to distribute the weight of the fixture. I was looking to use these aluminum frames for my mount (the slot in the center is what will allow me to slide the fixture back and forth):

What is the width/thickness of your 55" long main horizontal bar?
My tank is a 60 gallons. My tank is 36"x20" and 20" deep. The mod will leave with 4 bulbs with LEDs in the middle. My Reefer 250 has an overflow in the middle that extends into the tank by 4", so I don't have the full 20" width available. Do you think that 4 T5 with 4 LEDs are enough? I plan to have a mixed reef tank. It's mostly filled with LPS since I don't have enough lights for SPS at the moment.Forgot to mention of your tank is bellow 60g then the 6 bulbs is great but i reccomend the 8 bulbs if you have anything larger than 90g and hosting sps dominant tank. Since you're retro fitting led i assume you have to give up at least two bulbs for the led? Or are they adding it to the side?
