As the title states I have recently moved. Just got the tank set up and can't figure out how to link my apex to the new wifi.
Not really computer saavy so any help would be greatly appreciated!

How are you setting it up by wire or wireless?
If wired you should see it in your router setup
Depending on what router you have
Do you know what the IP address of your router

Thanks for responding. I am trying to do it wirelessly (not sure if that's a word).
My router is across the room.

Can you get into your router? Do you have a smartphone
There are apps on the phones that can show you all your connected devices on your router
There may even be the same for your computer
Typically your router will have a 192.168.1.1 address but depending on your provider it could be different
Is your router with your modem or do you have a stand alone router
I don't know who your internet connection is with

Can you give me that information? What type of modem or modem and router and what service provider you have
I believe though if you have access to the internet you can go on neptunes website that could probably help you more with instructions

my internet provider is EPB.

Ok but you have a router on the right side of the picture what's the model of it? Do you have a computer hooked into it?

Here look at these YouTube videos you can skip the wired part
