Moving a 14g Nano, need rec's

I'm moving a 14g Biocube about 20 min from my present place to new digs. The tank's been up since July and was started with dry rock, cycled well, and currently has about 12 lbs of rock, sand bottom, a small CUC, small amount of cheato in an in-tank eggcrate container, 2 Ocellaris, a peppermint shrimp, porcelain crab, and a starry blenny. Currently experiencing a dramatic GHA bloom (the blenny's doing his best) along with some nasty red and some blue-green slimy stuff I'm assuming are forms of cyano. My phosphates are high at .25 and when I move I plan on starting some Chemipure Elite to drop the PO4 to more manageable levels.
My questions are: 1) should I dump the sand and use fresh ( have several tiny serpent star babies in the sand that came in with the cheato and don't want to lose them if possible), or will a 1-2 hour lull time from circulation not affect the substrate? I plan to box the rock in H2O and intro O2 via a battery air pump, but the sand will have be moved in-situ with the tank. I anticipate intro of everything but the livestock into fresh saltwater within 1 1/2 to 2 hours (all the livestock will be housed in my 5g QT - already moved - the night before the main tank's moved and remain there til I'm sure no re-cycle of the main tank occurs). 2) Should I anticipate an ammonia spike in the 14? 3) How thorough should I be cleaning the reticulated foam to avoid bacterial wipeout? Anyone have any other rec's. Gladly accepted.

this wont happen.
look up twillard peroxide cleaning and brandon429 here on the site. Brandon loves and recommends deep cleaning and is the approach Id take..
they also love the peroxide for algae killin.
Id look at it as a tank transfer or upgrade or even deep clean in my approach. the car ride(except for temp) is the least concern.
drain the water and keep the fish in it and rock too. keep 5 gal to put back in too IMO
clean the sand in a bucket or the bottom of the tank and get your stars out. Its only a 14. new live sand wont affect anything when you put it back in, only help really(po binds to sand&sand lotsa poo poo too)
on a med cleaning or deep i always use prime or a favorite bacterial anyway so the ammonia question is a no. (no death no rotting no ammonia)
IMO & IMU bacteria desperate better with flow than bubbles.
