So I have the old apex classic running allot of things on my tank. I also have a apex 2 on the same tank. The classic always loose connection with my internet I want to phase it out. I want to move the EB8 attached to the classic to my Apex 2. What im wondering is does the EB8 keep all the info and setup or will it be a blank slate once I attach it to the new APex ?
I hope that makes sense.

My experience is that it will be blank…….but I’m sure someone will tell me I’m wrong

I was afraid of that and kinda what I thought. I do not know what the current settings are because I cant see the current classic. Maybe I can see it on the plug in screen.

Yeah that’s a bummer. Too late now (as I have been many a time) but saving a configuration report somewhere is great insurance, heaven forbid something happens. At least that way you have all setup info available. I’d do it on the second apex though. You could try to use a different router or wireless access point to see if you can possibly access it (unless the internal network is dead).

In fusion click the upper left “home” button (I think) then scroll down to configuration summary and you should be able to save that to a file or print it out.

Oops….edit upper left, left I’m a dummy
