I have had a single red mangrove pod growing out of my system for about a year. I want to remove it so I can put on the glass lid (hoping to get an eel soon).

Would I be able to replant in a pot with potting soil? I don’t really want to just chuck it out

TIA!

You can. They don't always make it. Be sure to be gentle with the root structure.
