Mp10 flashing red and white

Before I left for work this morning my mp10 was flashing red and white. I tried resetting it by holding mode and then mode and set but nothing happens. Will I need to disconnect it from my WXM before I can do this?

You need to unplug the power supply as well.

Yea I've done that. Nothing happens. No matter how long I hold mode nothing changes, it keeps blinking red and white

Did you also unplug the power supply after holding down the buttons.

your wet side may have seized. Try and rotate it manually if you feel any resistance. It may need cleaning too

I've unplugged the power supply several times. The problem is that I don't think the controller is changing anything when I hit mode or set because it's controlled by my WXM. The wet side may have seized but that still doesn't explain why nothing happens when I hold mode.

I know this is an old post, but I just had the same issues. I took the back off of the controller and unplugged and replugged the plastic connector. The small chip at the top was a little loose, so I snapped it in too. It works fine after I did that.

It might not work for everyone, but maybe it will help some. For those that haven’t messed with things like that, it’s not a hard task to do. Just be easy when pulling/inserting the connectors and the chip.

Hey guys. My MP40 was flashing red and white. I tried TreyC2010s suggestion and mine started working again!

Hopefully this helps the next person having this issue get theirs working as well.
