mp10w qd won't stop clicking

I can't get my new mp10w qd to stop making this clicking sound. Sounds like an outboard motor sound but not as loud Obviously. I've messed with it and moved it around per directions and it won't stop. Anyone else been through this?

I haven't have that problem with my mp40 , but i have problems getting them on night mode , next day they wont start and stay with the display on red .... I had contact ecotech on this
