Greetings everyone! I have 2x MP40 in my standard 75g SPS tank and I’m trying to improve the flow variety a bit as I have some cyano on the center left of my sandbed. I’m currently running them in anti sync gyre mode at 55% and have a RD3 50w for a return running at 44w.

Any suggestions on improving variety where they aren’t fighting each other? Trying reef crest anti sync now and it seems to be more just fighting in the middle vs the gyre. I’d like more of a high volume low velocity feel.

I run mine on a mix of different patterns throughout a 24 hour period including about 6 hours in nutrient export which works very well to get rid of rubbish

Cool I’ll check out tossing some nutrient transport in there. What I don’t understand is why any mode besides gyre, even with anti-sync it seems like both units are going at similar speeds vs fast/slow.

How high are you guys running the NTM and other modes on 75gish tanks? I’ve got dual MP40s on a Reefer 350 so around the same as a 75g, and anything over about 35% with two mp40’s on any mode seems overly extreme.
