What is the benefit of plugging the MP40 into the Apex if I already set the pump settings via the Mobius app? I currently have them plugged into the Apex and notice they are randomly turning the pumps off . Im thinking of just removing it from the energy bar if there are no additional benefits to apex control.

You can use it for emergencies, or if you ever program your apex to turn the return and circulation pumps off when you want to feed or do stuff in the tank you can just program one switch to do it all rather than going into the apex and the ecotech apps

I would not plug them into the EB832 no matter how you control them. Unless you just have no other house outlet and then you would have those outlets programed to always be on.
As mentioned above you program the pumps thru Apex so you can do more in conjunction programing than you cant do with Mobius. You also gain the ability to control the pumps remotely which you cant do with Mobius. I personally cant wait for the WXM to come out so I can take my Radions off of Mobius. Then I can program and control the lights remotely aswell. If the temp is getting high I can tell the Apex the turn down or turn off the Radions. If you have an Apex might aswell get all the gadgets to have full control. Also Mobius isn't the most reliable... not saying Apex doesn't have its own hiccups.
