I am looking at buying a used MP40 and I am told that everything is good and maybe it is. Seller sent me a video and I feel that maybe this is excessive noise. Can anyone tell me if this is normal and maybe wouldn't sound like this if it was on a tank with a wetside attached.

Audio file not playing. The bearings on the dry side of an Ecotech can get worn and need to be replaced. How old is the MP40? Is the sound on just one drive setting?

Should not be that loud regardless of setting. Probably needs a new bearing in the dry side. Simple task and fairly cheap if your handy. Think there is even a video or thread around here(might have been RC) that details how to do it.
