mp40 not showing under legacy

just got an mp40 build date 26th Feb. Have checked the controller and it has the black rf chip inside.

Mobious won't see it, when I click legacy devices nothing shows up?

Any ideasm

Hmm.... first I would close the mobius app, and then power cycle the mp40 then start the app back up...

I did that :(, tried mobious on 2 different phones as well.

Just reinstalling the app to see of that helps.

How long did you allow it to power cycle?

Have you tried to factory reset the pump using the buttons on the mp40 driver?

1: hold mode and set until leds flash
2: hold set until led changes color
3: hold mode and power until the driver resets.

Thanks, factory reset did the job, strange tho as it was brand new out the box today.
