Mp40 spinning

I realized today the tank didn't have much flow and one vortech wasn't working. The controller was flashing green and red. I unplugged it and then turned it back on. The whole wet side started spinning until it spins itself away from the dry side. Then the error comes back. Anyone else had this happen? Ive looked up a few threads with various answers.

How thick is your glass?
What type of MP40 is it?

Glass is 3/4. It was working fine for months. Gonna try taking it apart tomorrow and see if something is stuck. Its a wes i believe

Do you have the pump set for 3/4" glass?

Try taking the wet side apart and soaking parts in vinegar solution. If that doesn't work I would buy a new wet side. I just went through something similar.

Their customer service guys respond pretty quickly via email during working hours. You can run it by them first.
