I have an approximately 6 month old MP40QD wetside that the propeller seems to have just come free from the base. Magnet is fine, ceramic is fine so I'm at a loss as to what would cause it to just come free. Can it be superglued back on? Fortunately I have a few backups so tank isn't having issues anymore. Took me 2 days to figure out the wetside was having issues.

You can use an abs/pvc solvent weld to glue it back on or superglue although super glue wont be as effective. Make sure to put the magnet cover on between the magnet and propeller before repairing.

Thanks Tim, I believe I have some abs/pvc solvent in the basement. Any idea what would cause it to come off?

Possibly bad glue job here at the factory. Thank you for your patience to fix it.
