I had 2 working gen 2 pumps. Tried to update the software through the apex wxm. Followed all instructions and now have the solid red led of death. Tried resetting the controller but doesn't work. Funny thing is neptune was way more helpful then ecotech. But neither could figure it out. Any suggestions?
