Mp40wqd driver help

Hi maybe someone can chime in on this.. I recently bought 2 mp40wqd for my system from a reefer friend. Couple days ago noticed the driver leds weren’t working only the knob light was on. If I move the knob the lights come back stay on for about 30secs and back again here’s a pic..

I did a soft reset and still the same

Auto-dim time is enabled. You can change this by going to the configuration mode via reeflink or using the driver itself (pg.9 and pg.11 in the user manual)
