MP40WQD Wet Side Ceramic Washer

Anybody seen this before or know what's going on? I was doing my routine cleaning of my pumps and saw this. It looks like the ceramic washer is spinning with the pump and melting the plastic? Is the washer supposed to be able to move like that? Any idea what's going on? I use Molykote on the ceramic pieces and shaft. This one started falling off recently. I have another one that is doing the same thing that I will be taking apart tomorrow. Thanks!
