Order some items from him two weeks ago. Frag rack, Shroom Box, Look Down Box.

The rack came in Broken, most likely due to the shipping company.

I reached out, offering to send the item back, and have him ship me a new one.

Told me to grab some acrylic glue and fix it, and in the mean time he would send out another one free of charge.

Two days later it arrived, perfect. beyond happy with the customer service and am going to be placing another order next week. Everything was awesome quality.
