Hi there Everybody
My name is Arne T I have 2 marine tanks Read Sea Max 170 light Read Sea 90mand a Nono Max lamp Ai I seek advice for the the best light settings for my corals.
I have mostly soft corals do to every time I buy sps or lps they only last for a couple of month.
My water parameters seams to be okay, I can not test Calsium but Alkalinity is between 8 and 10,6 nitrate 2 ph between 8,2 to 8,6 phosfat 0,2 salt 35
only chance water if nitrate goes up 20% in the Nano and 10 % in the 170
Advice would be preciated.

I'll defer to others on lighting. Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. Like you, I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Lighting is tricky. Can you be a bit more specific about what setup you have for both tanks? How high are the lights mounted above the water? What lighting schedule/spectrum/intensity are you using? Lots of factors at play to evaluate.
