Multi Channel LED Lighting Spectrum

Does anyone have a chart/table that would show how to simulate 24 hour sunny and cloudy days using multi channel (Blues, Whites, Red/Greens) LED lights? For example, what % of Blues, Whites, Red/Greens would one use at 6:00 AM, noon, 6:00 PM, etc. Thanks in advance.
