Multiple delays on stand parts order..

I ordered aluminum extrusions about 15 days ago from tnutz.

I was charged an international transaction fee which I am not sure if that is normal. I thought they were located a few states away.

I thought it would be a 1 week turn around because that is what they advertise. About 8 days in I emailed and asked for an update. They said 1010 extrusion parts were out of stock and my order would ship by the end of the week.
A couple days later I got a tracking ID then another week went by and UPS still didn't have the package. I emailed them again today. The response was they had to ship from Canada because of the tarriffs and now my shipment is being held in customs. They are not sure how long it will take to clear..

This amount of delays is worrying me. Are they giving me the run around as long as they can or something?

I thought the stand would be the first thing to arrive..

I ordered from them in 2023 and was also charged an international transaction fee…so I believe that is normal.

Pretty sure it’s all coming out of China…so they probably sent to Canada to get a lower tariff.

I’m sure you’ll get the stuff…just isn’t ideal timeline wise.

I believe they are normally located in New York. I am still waiting for any update on the tracking... I found another website with people currently having the same experience. Tnutz gives everyone an out of stock excuse and then a week later the same tariff message. Expect 1 month+ from tnutz right now.

Tnutz used to be cheap and quick. I guess with tariffs and all things went south.....so to speak.
