I couldn’t post this in the vendor feedback but pretty disappointed with AquaSD - thought they were pretty reputable on here and many years of supplying corals.

I participated in the flash 60 sale about a month ago and they missed my shipment dates 3 separate times. When we finally aligned on a date they would for sure ship they informed me many of the frags I picked were no longer in stock. I ultimately decided to cancel and they let me know on the phone I would be refunded. 4 days later still no evidence of a refund and they don’t pick up the phone when I call. I also emailed, no response. Decided to just dispute the charge on my card.

Pretty bummed about this experience, I’m sure it’s a fluke as they seem to have been pretty successful in sales for many years - but they lost me as a customer :/
