Hi Folks. I'm going through my back catalogue of images and using them to build a website. I've come across quite a few specimens that I'm struggling to ID, or I think I know, but I'm looking for confirmation. I've taken these images at various places in the UK over the last 20 years so the quality does vary a bit... also I'm not really able to give exact details on sizes etc. I realise that some are hard to ID without seeing skeletal details etc but I'm hoping someone will be able to give some ideas at least. I've got quite a few so, here are a handful to start! I'll keep it to LPS corals (or what I ssume are LPS corals) in this thread...

2. Pectinia possibly?

5. Some kind of Lobophyllia... or Caulastraea?

Do you have any additional information, such as what the theme of the exhibit was at the time? Like Caribbean vs pacific, etc..

1 also looks like a pectinia. 4 looks like a plate coral. 5 looks like a lobo or micromusssa. Why are they all brown?

back then most tanks were lit with 10k halides. And the images have been white balanced.

I'm really after species level IDs if possible folks... and even a link to a reference source.
