Can you keep multiple Royal Gramma's in a 4' × 2' × 2' aquarium? I want multiples of something besides damsels or anthias.

I have always herd one per tank. Every time I go to LFS, I see several for sale, but always just one in each display.

You can get them and keep them as harem. Asked to LFS to order small ones in group and keep them together until you pick them up. They change to male really fast if they are not suppressed by a male. Any in a tank as singleton for 1 week and they already change biochemically, even if external appearance has not change yet.
I had multiple posts on Royal Gramma. I did a search on y Royal Gramma posts and this is the results
