So I have this green hairy mushroom and I noticed yesterday or day before the mouth looking funny with whitish things coming out around it, I have provided 2 pics to show what I’m talking about (rewind a couple weeks ago I was moving some rock and it got smooshed a little bit but they was no visible signs of damage that I seen and now this is what’s going on for about the past 2 days. The 4th pic shows my other one looking pretty and no strings around mouth. Also since I don’t wanna make multiple post of you notice in the pics there’s 2 tiny spots that appear to be baby shrooms maybe?

You smooshed it on a rock you said, it might also be irritated by something like a shrimp stealing food.

inhave similar shroom that have done the same thing with the little white stringy stuff. I don’t ever recall one dying from it, couple days it should be fine.

That shroom sort of looks like it might be splitting.
That’s what I’m hoping for lol and I hope the little ones are babies
