Mushroom went through powerhead

A new neon green hairy mushroom frag I got took a trip through the power head and got shredded. It appears the middle of it is gone, and it’s just a ring now. Is there any hope for it?

current setup, cut out of one of those grocery store strawberry containers and has holes to let through flow. Will it survive?

It might survive, it might not, only time will tell. Mushrooms can survive a lot of damage though so I would it has a good chance of living through this
