Hers two pics of the same species of mushroom. Both are in what could be best described as a swamp tank(s). Minimal maintaince and no desire to improve.















































































































































































































































































































































































On the left is the regular mushroom. Then on the right is a bleached, but yet still growing mushroom. Explain that!

Same species can have different traits in different areas of the tank.
Fwiw this mushroom does not look bleached
 
Maybe its just an albino. That a diff tank. Same strain, species, type. But diff light. The norm ones are under a maxspect 15 or something, the other are under a cheap 20$ led bar.

Nice. I thought it was on the otherside of the tank or something. Def not bleached just morph in color.
Some mushrooms i get will color up different patterns in different intensity light. My jawbreakers i keep in Ultra high par and they do awesome.

Yeah this tank is not well maintained. Even the algea looks like ****. Its was supposed to be a temp tank, but dude doesn't want to invest in a 100g tank or so. So he set up the 20g and left it. That was 6+ months ago.
