After transferring control to the MXM in Mobius, the Auto Dim Timeout setting does not work on the vectra and vortech controllers.

My controller dial lights stay on and the “W” keeps blinking. Settings in Mobius are to auto-dim after 30 seconds.

Anyone experiencing this issue, or heard of it being looked into? Hopefully this gets resolved soon, as undimmed controller lights keeps the reef room too bright at night.

Response from Neptune is that implementing the module auto-dim feature into the MXM is not possible. Unfortunately this is a game changer for me. I have 8 controllers in the reef room. Transferring them to MXM control is too bright, so not so keen on the MXM anymore. So disappointing because like many others I was really looking forward to this module.

Same thing for me with my MP10's. Really hope they change their mind on that in the future and figure a way out to make it work. Guess I'll settle for some black duct tape on the blinking "W" for now.

All I’ve read on the MXM is negative reviews, pretty sad for a company that is so big and to make us wait this long only for it to flop and not work properly.
