Im going to put a dehumidifier on a shelf over the utility sink in the corner. I hope i don’t need to add an exhaust fan but i will if i need to.

Sooooo, lots of oddball work.
The plywood not attached to the stand is all finished and painted with marine topside white high gloss and really turned out fantastic. The doors and tank stand bottom will get the same treatment. I don't want the back of my tank painted so I decided to paint the entire fish room matte black. I wasn't sure if I'd like it but it will be striking with the white trim. 40 breeder (hospital tank) built in stand and 20 gallon (coral QT) stand above it are finished. I need to pull the bathroom sink next door out for the plumbers to do the water lines and sink rough in. Been dragging my feet on that one.
Rock scape is 99% done I hope, lighting layout is finally making me happy and the flow layout is done. I've already got all of my Battlecorals picked out but I have another good year before I can order them. It's torture. Pics coming this weekend. I haven't even been able to open the tank yet.
Also, I'm starting to frag up my sps and sell them in packs soon. If you are local and interested let me know (Not shipping anything). Selling everything pretty cheap.

Frag tank is in and the mixing stand, minus the top and the brutes. Having trouble finding 55g brutes with lids in stock. I drilled that 40b. Kinda scary the first time but it worked.

The auto water changes will empty into the frag tank. The frag tank will overflow into the sink.

Ran all the dosing tubes, put up the powerstrips and powerbars, connected frag tank drainage and built the light rack. Moving along. Should be done in a few years min….

Mixing station done!
It took me months to find the 55 gallon brutes. I'm going to tap the lids for RODI input and lines for auto-water changes.

A few more pics. All but 2 lights are up. The 6’ quanta meso blue isn't working now. I bought it used and it was fine when i got it. I haven't investigated yet. What a let down. All of the electrical is up and the ceiling is done. Working on getting the tank moved now. Saved the best for last. And since everybody foes cat pocs, here’s one of mine.

4 guys showed up, they needed six. After they tried to adjust the insurance, the insurance said uhhhhh No. niw i have a sump in the basement and a tank in the garage. Im deflated man.

Most of the plumbing is done. Ordering 2 check valves for my return lines. Rock is in and i placed an order for tbs live sand. Im following serious reefs biome cycle. We’ll see how it goes.
