Side note new coral should be as follows

Green birdsnest 170ish par
Purple polyp birdsnest 250 ish par
Purple cap 250ish par
Full spec 7 hours a day with 14 total the rest of that is ramp up ramp down time to simulate sunrise peak sun and sunset

Should all be good as far as I can tell found alot saying more but these people didn't have any sooooooo

I trust the people who actually have them and say anything over 80 par led full spec is good for greens and 150 for purples as Purple reflects more usable light

Makes sense to me as they don't use green for anything so that's waste light it's reflecting but Purple on the other hand it does use to some degree so that's some usable light it's reflecting

And general idea seems to be if montipora does well then birds nest is also fine while it may be alittle low for a few acros

Also it depends on the birdsnest as some are shallow while others are deep

I got the Deepwater species I belive

Ok I'm getting everything ready for the next major upgrade

What om dubbing the Robocube

Still the 32 biocube but I'm going to be adding the following and starting a new build thread once this is underway

Coralife
Protein skimmer
Stand
And 5w uv

New light not sure if I'm replacing with a new stock hood or a new light entirely yet but mine is 2 years old at 8300 and some change hours so I'm down 10 to 20 percent t of usable light

Then an entire apex system to automate everything

Apex controller
Trident
4 dos 8 heads total minimum
Utility pump
Ato optical sensor

Then all the containers

Once done will be able to run for over a month with 0 user input on site

Well lots of new stuff so here's pics

Also the new stuff is due to a heat incident 3 weeks ago lost all the sps except 2 bleached but still alive but on the right side all the micro cloves died

I also went alittle crazy with the 3d printer made wire routing things and ato hose mounts and a float switch mount as a 3rd failsafe for the ato if it switches it cuts power to the entire thing at the adapter only 12w of power on the wire so its fine 12v at 1 amp
